A free, ad-supported digital network, commonly known as CW Seed, has announced the procurement of non-exclusive streaming rights of 14 BBC Studios series. Rick Haskins, CW’s EVP of Marketing and Digital Platforms made this announcement recently.

BBC Studios is a global content company that makes 2,500 hours of content per year, with two production units operating in Los Angeles and Brazil. It is a commercial subsidiary of the BBC.

CW Seed is available in Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, Xbox, Android, iOS, Chromecast, and CWSeed.com, with no obligation to subscribe, login, and authenticate.

According to the new deal, CW Seed will bring along 200 episodes and 150 hours of quality scripted content or series, where viewers can avail the free streaming and ad-supported platform.
