Sennics Corporation Limited has recently commenced the construction activities of Sennics Thailand, its wholly owned subsidiary, in Rojana Industrial Park. The subsidiary company was established at Chonburi Province in September 2019 and covers a space of nearly 64,000 square meters (40 rai), holding a total investment of over 290 million yuan.

Sennics Co., Ltd., which is a China-based global leading polymer additive supplier, is dedicated to offering outstanding services and goods. The recent Sennics Thailand is the company’s 6th production base and the 1st overseas base, which marks an integral step in the globalization strategy of Sennics Co., Ltd. It will cater to the company’s aim of delivering exceptional services and goods as well as offer an inventive brand experience to customers. Additionally, it will support socio-economic developments & employment in Thailand.

The polymer additive supplier targets to develop its Thai factory into an innovative and efficient smart factory, taking guidance from digitally transformed domestic factories’ experiences as well as their digitalization strategies.

Southeast Asia is the prominent region for growth as the region lacks localized supply of rubber antioxidants. The Thai plant development will also bring along various geographic & business advantages to Sennics. It can help further intensify the company’s product offerings beyond the targeted region and internationally, to strengthen the company’s leading position in the global polymer additives industry.

According to Sinochem Vice President and Sennics CEO, Su Fu, the Thailand project significantly responds to the China’s B&R Initiative as well as targeted globalized productivity, marking a crucial step in the company’s globalization strategy. With its ‘In Science We Trust’ motto, the company has been continuously focusing on innovation and sustainable development in the global industry for polymer additives.

The plant is expected to become fully operational in 2020, following which it will hold a 25,000 ton rubber antioxidant production capacity, annually.
