Alight announces acquisition of NGA HR to expand global footprint
  • The company is in talks to acquire one of the largest global payroll and HR solutions providers, NGA Human Resources.
  • Acquisition is expected to expand the company's global market with offering the clients a broader spectrum of cloud-based solutions.

Human Capital and benefit administration solutions company, Alight Solutions has reportedly announced signing a definitive agreement for the acquisition of a leading provider of digital HR and multi-country payroll services, NGA Human Resources.

It has been claimed that the acquisition would widen the company's reach in the global market along with providing its clients a broader set of cloud-based solutions globally.

For the uninitiated, NGA HR since the last 50 years has being introducing innovation, high-quality service, HR and payroll excellence to over more than 250 of its clients. In addition to that, it can offer its services across more than 188 countries.

Apparently, the financial terms regarding the acquisition have not yet been disclosed form the either parties. As per trusted reports, Goldman Sachs International has been claimed to be acting as an exclusive financial advisor to the NGA HR

Speaking about the acquisition, Chris Michalak, the CEO of Alight cited that with the momentous development of the company in terms of wealth, HCM and financial solutions, bringing on board the team of NGA HR would allow it to expand the area of solutions it delivers for the users across the globe along with its superior technology serving its clients in every geography they operate.

Meanwhile, the CEO of NGA HR, Andy Monshow reportedly stated that adding the company's capabilities and proficiency to Alight would allow it to establish the respective strengths and deliver greater values to the clients. Additionally, the company is looking forward for the exciting and advanced opportunities with the acquisition.

For the records, Illinois based Alight Solutions was formed in 2017 and is currently serving as a leading global provider of human capital solutions by supporting the clients navigate the difficulty of health, wealth, and Human Resources. The company combines data-driven, customer-centered technology with personalized care to serve a robust customer experience.
