The CEO of EPICTOUCH, Trenton D. Boaldin stated that the company’s broadband subscriber base would see a fivefold increase or more after acquisition. It would be a crucial milestone for the company’s strategy of growing through strategic expansion and acquisitions. Boaldin further added that the company looks forward to furthering its growth and strengthening broadband services throughout its growing market.

The President and CEO of CP-TEL, Richard Gill stated that he is thrilled to see what the alliance of both the companies will bring to the market. Gill further added that he looks forward to seeing how EPICTOUCH performs in new markets as it grows through additional strategic expansions and acquisitions.
