New Relic consolidates its partner ecosystem across the APAC region

US-based software firm, New Relic, has reportedly announced it has consolidated its partner ecosystem across the Asia Pacific with the help of an improved set of co-branded onboarding, marketing, and enablement programs that are specifically curated for individual partner needs.

As per reports, the firm has also elevated SoftwareONE, its existing partner, to a Platinum Partner status. The new initiative offers training as well as accreditation programs, joint marketing event support, marketing campaigns, personnel support, sales tools, and resources to give industry-leading observability to the customers.

The novel improvements include additional support from engineers and regional partner managers, and access to PartnerCast, a monthly webinar that offers regular and relevant product innovations and new marketing as well as sales asset for partners across Asia Pacific. New Relic’s APAC partner ecosystem has been continually building momentum over the past year through deeper partner reach as well as engagement.

The company advanced SoftwareONE to the Platinum Partner status after it exceeded its annual consumption revenue targets and met all technical and sales accreditations. As Platinum Partner, SoftwareONE would now have priority access to New Relic architects, solution delivery, and programs. The firm also became eligible for the marketing development fund programs, and the executive alignment of New Relic in addition to other benefits.

Meanwhile, New Relic has also inked a regional partnership agreement with SoftwareONE that covers the ASEAN, India, ANZ, and Hong Kong, which is the first such deal for New Relic in the Asia Pacific region.

New Relic further continues to make investments towards its ecosystem of global technology partners by providing integrations with more than 530 cloud services, enterprise technologies, and open-source tools to empower engineers with data-driven approach to developing great software and begin with observability within minutes.

About New Relic: New Relic allows customers to expedite their multi-cloud journeys and cloud adoption. It offers a comprehensive outline of the complete application stack, which also includes the underlying application code, cloud infrastructure, and user experience, helping customers instantly pinpoint and troubleshoot performance challenges, ensure smooth running of their applications, and optimise multi-cloud resources.
