Synteract Inc., an innovative clinical research organization that supports pharma and biotech companies to bring new medicines to the market, has reportedly acquired the human health biometrics division of Clindata to satisfy market demand for adaptable biometrics services solutions.

For the record, Clindata, with offices in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and Bloemfontein, South Africa, is a biometrics clinical research company delivering biostatistics, data management, and programming services across every phase of new drug development.
