Twenty20 Solutions and Skyhawk merge to offer on & off-grid security

Twenty20 Solutions, a leading provider of IIoT-based solutions delivering real-time security, has merged with Skyhawk Security, a diversified on-grid technology provider. Together, the companies will provide an all-in-one solution for on-grid and off-grid security as well as access requirements for customers across industries such as agriculture, healthcare, utilities, and education.

For the unversed, Twenty20 Solutions is a US-based company that offers monitoring, smart surveillance, and access control solutions pertinent to off-grid environments. Its expertise in AI and video analytics technologies includes license plate recognition, thermal radar detection, object detection, cargo tracking, and facial recognition among others.

It is to be noted that Skyhawk Security is a diversified technology and security company founded by Brett Lofton. It offers remote video monitoring & access control systems & surveillance services along with IP camera systems, internet service, structured cabling, hosted exchange products, managed IT services, VOIP phone service, and offsite backup.

Dan Vertachnik, CEO at Twenty20 Solutions, believes that unitedly, the companies will offer the domain’s most powerful technology platform which will be backed by leading-edge software solutions, artificial intelligence, and business intelligence.
